Admin Users
Add multiple admins, each with their own name and 4-digit PIN. Any of these PINs opens the admin dashboard.
Photo Retention
Selfie photos are automatically deleted after 90 days to save Firebase Storage space. The time log entry is kept — only the photo is removed. This runs silently every time you open the dashboard, or you can run it manually now.
Data Management
Clear test data before going live. Employees, settings, locations and roster are kept — only time logs and time off requests are deleted.
